As a professional, highly experienced real estate broker for more than 25 years, the former Broker-in-Charge of two offices for seven-plus years, and an active member of the National Association of REALTORS® and the North Carolina Association of REALTORS®, I take the time to truly listen to what clients want from the very beginning. My husband was a custom-home builder for several years, and our frequent conversations about construction have given me an added layer of insight when evaluating homes. What really sets me apart, though, is my attention to detail - before marketing a home for a seller or preparing an offer for a buyer, I carefully review a plethora of information, including such things as permits, county records, market data, property history, insurance claim history and more, to make every attempt up front to avoid discrepancies, misunderstandings, misinformation or misrepresentation.
